I love helping children learn and explore the world. At age 9, I tagged along with my older sisters during their babysitting gigs, only to later become a full-time nanny myself. I’ve always known this was my calling!

I understand the frustrations of searching for the perfect nanny; it’s an overwhelming task with plenty of uncertainty. That’s why we take personal responsibility for matching you with quality childcare providers.

The most rewarding part of my role is interviewing families and nannies to assess needs and find the perfect match. Our ultra-high success rate with matching nannies and families isn’t by chance. We take the time to complete a detailed intake process and get to know your family’s needs intimately, as well as vet nannies through a rigorous interview process. The results speak for themselves, and it makes us proud to play an integral role in supporting Winnipeg families.

When I’m not busy with work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, going for walks and bike rides, cooking delicious meals and hosting friends or family in our home.

As a mom to 3 beautiful daughters (yes, one of which is Danica!), I’ve always enjoyed spending time with children. Working as an Educational Assistant in an elementary school for 12 years, I saw firsthand the importance of a stable home environment and what the security of loving childcare can do for a child’s resilience, curiosity and aptitude for learning.

What first began as a part-time nanny opportunity with a French family in 2017, has now grown into my full-time role working alongside Danica to operate the growing business. I am the go-to liaison for our nannies, ensuring that their job satisfaction is high and providing them consistent support so they can be at their best. Once nannies are placed with a family, they are fully equipped to provide the high level of care our families desire.

Where some may dismiss the importance of our work, I consider it a great responsibility and privilege to assist in raising the next generation. Children are the future, and I’m proud to work for a company that strives for excellence and is always raising the bar.

When work is done, you can find me looking after my flower beds, spending time with family and friends, or puzzling. My best moments are spent helping others, enjoying a campfire with my husband, and walking in nature.

I believe the most important part of a child’s education starts at home. In these busy times with parents working full-time, they need help. Finding a great quality nanny is fundamental to a family’s success and dynamic, and that’s how I support The Nanny Company, remotely from my home in Montreal. Whether speaking in Spanish, French or English, I help our clients and nannies build great relationships.

I manage the screening of candidates, interviews, profile building and create our monthly newsletter and curriculum. We aim to create a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment to contribute to your children’s care and education, as well as pair you with someone you can trust and feel comfortable with.

With a degree in Psychology, children's education and development has always been of special interest to me. I have experience working with children as a preschool teacher, a tutor for children with special needs and of course, a nanny! In my down time, I enjoy Montreal’s food scene and exploring the city with friends. Spending time with my boyfriend, visiting charming towns and reading a good book are all things I cherish too!
