1. Apply

   Submit your application and upon approval, book in a 30 minute interview with our team to discuss your needs and expectations further.
   A $500 non-refundable fee due upon submitting application..

2. Select & Interview

   After our interview you’ll be asked to choose your desired profile package and we’ll seek out the best options for your family accordingly! When we’ve found our best options for your family, you’ll receive their profiles for review. Upon review, we’ll be happy to schedule interview with them for you.
   This process generally takes 4-8 weeks from package selection.

3. Sign & Begin!

   You’ve chosen the one and the feeling is mutual! We’ll gather all the details to enter in an agreement and then it’s go time! We’ll be here to take care of all employment matters, scheduling and legal payments from here.

Executive Choice Package - $250
Our most popular option, you are allowing us to use our expertise in this industry to present you with our very best choice. We've considered many Nanny profiles and are going to present you with our very best option considering your schedule, expectations, behaviour modification strategies, personality and more. 

Comprehensive Choice Package - $500
We will cultivate our search according to your requested schedule, expectations and experience and present you with up to 3 Nanny Profiles. These Nanny Profiles will be sent to you as they are prepared and are not guaranteed to be sent at the same time.

What goes into the costs of hiring a Part-time Nanny through The Nanny Company?

What is the minimum duration I need to sign for?

Generally a placement is for a 12 month period, but we can work different durations based on every clients needs for a minimum of 6 months.

Do I need to provide a certain number of days/hours?

We do require a minimum of 16 hours per week in order to fill a part-time placement and 35 hours for a full-time placement. Our experience shows that a consistent schedule, on consistent days, will have a higher interest from potential nannies.

What can I expect to pay per hour?

Starting family hourly rates are $28.00/hour, based on Nanny experience, relevant educations and Client expectations.

What are the fees associated?

$500 Interview fee, $250-$500 Package fee and the Nannies hourly rate. Mileage and expense reimbursements are dependant on client expectations.
